Privacy agreements

Dear User. Transi ("us" or "we") respects and protects the privacy of our users ("you" or "users"). ") and we collect, disclose and process your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy") when you. (a) access or use our website or mobile application ("Application") and services; and/or (b) provide your personal information to us, regardless of the medium through which it is provided. We recommend that you read and understand this Policy in its entirety before using the Application, and important information, including disclaimers and other terms, will be bolded. The definitions of keywords in this policy are consistent with our Transi Service Agreement. If a definition or term used in this Policy is inconsistent with the Transi Service Agreement, this Policy shall prevail. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure (including transfer) and processing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not accept this Policy, please do not provide any personal information to us. This Policy may be updated by us online at any time without notice. The updated Policy will be effective upon posting on our application and will replace the original Policy. The revised policy will immediately apply to the personal information you provide to us. If you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using the application immediately, and your continued use of the application will be deemed acceptance of the revised policy.

I. What information we collect from you

  1. We will collect your personal information such as mobile device information, operation records, transaction records, wallet address, etc.

  2. In order to meet your specific service needs, we will collect your personal information, including but not limited to your name, bank card number, cell phone number, email address and other information.

  3. You are aware that your wallet password, private key, helper word, Keystore on the application is not stored or synchronized to our server. We do not provide any service to retrieve your wallet password, private key, keystore or Keystore.

  4. We may request to collect more personal information from you to enable you to use certain features on the application. If you do not agree to provide such personal information, you will be deemed to have waived the use of certain features of the application.

  5. To the extent permitted by law and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorized consent in the following circumstances.

(1) Related to national security and national defense security.

(2) Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest.

(3) related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and sentence enforcement, etc.

(4) The personal information collected is in the public domain

(5) Collecting your personal information from lawful public disclosures, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.

(6) Used as necessary to maintain the safety and compliance of the service, such as detecting and handling product and service failures.

(7) Other circumstances permitted by laws and regulations.

6.We collect information in the following ways.

(1) When you voluntarily provide information to us, for whatever reason.

(2) When you authorize us to obtain information about you from third parties.

(3) When you use our applications and services.

(4) When you contact or interact with our employees through various communication channels, such as through social networking platforms, communication platforms, in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, faxes and letters.

(5) When you have a transaction with us, contact us or ask us to contact you.

(6) when you request to subscribe to our emails; and/or

(7) when we copy all or part of your transaction history through the blockchain system. However, your transaction history shall prevail as recorded in the blockchain system.

7.Our applications may contain technologies that collect personal information in ways that are described in this Policy (see Section V below) or in the applicable Terms and Conditions.

8.You provide personal information to us on your own initiative, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. However, if you choose to refuse to provide us with the personal information we request, you may not be able to use the Application and we may not be able to contact you or provide you with the products or services you have requested.

9.In some cases, you may provide us with personal information that is not your own. If you provide information about others, you shall ensure that you have obtained the consent of such data subjects to allow us to collect personal information from such data subjects and that the data subjects consent to your disclosure of their personal information to us. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims that such data subjects may have against us in connection with our collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

10.You shall ensure that the personal information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete. You should notify us of any changes to your personal information.

II. How we use your information

  1. We will collect, use or disclose your personal information for one or more of the following purposes.

(1) To provide you with the products and/or services you have requested.

(2) To manage your relationship with us.

(3) To facilitate your experience of using it.

(4) To confirm your correspondence with your wallet through the unique serial number of your mobile device.

(5) To send you timely and important notices, such as software updates, changes to the Service Agreement and the terms of this Policy.

(6) To assist you with your questions, feedback, complaints and requests through your wallet address and the information provided on your mobile device.

(7) To inform you of our products, services, programs and events.

(8) Resolving disputes, investigating any complaints, claims or disputes, or any actual or permissible unlawful conduct.

(9) Conducting our internal audits, data analysis and research.

(10) Conducting user behavior analysis by tracking users' use of the application.

(11) To comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and with the requirements of regulatory bodies.

(12) Comply with international laws and regulations regarding security and anti-money laundering or anti-terrorism requirements.

(13) To fulfill our obligations and contractual terms and conditions; and/or

(14) any reasonable purpose in connection with the foregoing.

2.If you agree, we may use your personal information from time to time for other purposes, such as to inform you of the latest events, offers and promotions from our strategic partners or affiliates.

3.We offer you the option of "fingerprint or face login" in Transi's "Usage Settings" to allow you to easily manage your digital tokens.

4.We provide you with the option of "password-free payment" in Transi, which stores your wallet password in the Keychain/Keystore of your mobile device through a secure encryption algorithm, and invokes your biometric (fingerprint or face) authentication during the transaction to quickly complete the payment and signature.

III. How you control your information You have the following independent control over your personal information in the application.

  1. You can import your other wallets into the application by synchronizing your wallets, or import your wallets in the application to other digital token management wallets. The application will show you the information of the imported wallets.

  2. You are aware that you can modify your digital tokens, transfer and receive money through the "Assets" section.

  3. You are aware that in the "My" section of the application you can freely choose to do the following.

(1) In the "Usage Settings" section, you can choose not to enable the "Fingerprint or Face Login" option, i.e. you can choose not to use Touch ID or Face ID authentication services.

(2) In "Submit Feedback", you can always submit your questions and suggestions to us about the application, we will be happy to communicate with you and actively improve our services.

4. You are aware that you can choose not to enable the "Secure Payment" option, i.e. you can choose not to invoke your biometric (fingerprint or face) authentication during the transaction.

5. You acknowledge that you and we have no control over whether your transaction records are public, as your transaction records are public and transparent across the blockchain system due to the open source nature of the blockchain transaction system.

6. Our application will contain links to other websites, applications or smart contracts that are not owned, operated, developed or maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience. This policy applies only to our Application. When you use third party services, you are aware that our Transi Service Agreement, Transi Privacy Policy will no longer apply. We recommend that you read and understand its privacy rules and the relevant user service agreement, etc. in detail.

7. You have the right to request us to update, change, delete your personal information and/or withdraw the consent you have given us.

8. We may charge you a fee to enable you to manage the personal information held by us, or to enable you to obtain information about the way we have used (or may use) your personal information during the year prior to your making such a request. If we do charge you, we will inform you of the amount of the charge in advance and will comply with your request after you have paid. We will endeavor to respond to your request within thirty (30) days of your request. If we are unable to respond within thirty (30) days, we will inform you of the specific time frame for our response.

9. In many cases, we need to obtain your personal information in order to enable us to provide you with the products or services you have requested. If you choose to refuse to provide us with the personal information we request or withdraw the consent you have given us, we may not be able to continue to provide you with the products and services you have requested.

IV. We may share or transfer your information

  1. We will store your personal information for business and legal purposes.

  2. We will not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.

  3. If you consent to our disclosure of your personal information to strategic partners or affiliated parties, we may disclose your personal information to such entities. Such entities will use your personal information only for the purposes to which you have consented.

  4. You agree that we may disclose or share your personal information with third parties who.

(1) Service providers and data processors who perform services on our behalf and to us, such as KYC checks, accounting, data processing or management services, website hosting, maintenance and operation services, email messaging services, analytics services, payment transaction processing, marketing, etc. for us; and

(2) Our consultants and professional advisors (e.g. accountants, lawyers, auditors).

5. If we need to transfer your personal information to any other country for the purposes described above, we will obtain your consent and ensure that the recipient of the personal information has the same level of personal information protection measures as we do. If there is no personal information protection law applicable to the relationship between us and you in such countries or regions, we will enter into legally enforceable agreements with the recipients of personal information.

6. We will not share or transfer your personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except in the following cases.

(1) The personal information collected is disclosed by you to the public at your own discretion.

(2) The personal information collected is collected from information that is lawfully and publicly disclosed, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.

(3) The provision or implementation of this policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the requirements of legal proceedings, administrative or judicial authorities to protect our or other parties' rights, property or safety.

(4) In the event of a merger or acquisition involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the recipient of personal information to continue to be bound by this policy.

V. Automatic data collection techniques

  1. We use automatic data collection techniques in our applications. For example

(1) Cookies (or browser cookies). cookies are small text files set by the website or application operator to identify your browser or device. We may use cookie technology on our applications to store and track information such as the number and frequency of users, the distribution of users, and users' online preferences. cookies do not capture information that identifies you, but the information they collect assists us in analyzing the use of the application to improve your experience. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings; however, this may affect the functionality of the application.

(2) Web Analytics. Web analytics is a method of collecting and evaluating the behavior of visitors to web pages and mobile applications. This includes analyzing traffic patterns, such as to determine how often a particular part of a website or mobile application is visited, or to understand what information or services are of most interest to visitors. Our applications use web analytics services provided by third-party tools.

VI. How we protect your information

  1. If we cease operations, we will cease any activities that continue to collect your personal information and take steps to delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you within a reasonable period of time.

  2. In order to protect your personal information, we will take technical measures for data security, improve internal compliance, increase internal staff training on information security, and set security access rights to relevant data, etc. to safely protect your private information.

  3. We will send you messages about information security in Transi's "Message Center" and update information on wallet use and information protection in Transi's "Help Center" section from time to time for your reference.

VII. Protection of Minors We have made the following special agreements for the protection of minors under the age of 18.

  1. Minors should use our services under the guidance of their parents or guardians.

  2. We recommend that parents and guardians of minors should guide minors in the use of the Application subject to reading this Policy, the Transi Service Agreement and our other relevant rules.

  3. The Application will protect the confidentiality and security of personal information of minors in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

VIII. Disclaimers

  1. You acknowledge that after you use third party services, this policy will no longer apply to the collection, use, disclosure and transmission practices of such third parties with respect to your personal information. The Company cannot guarantee that such third parties will take reasonable safety protection measures.

  2. You will be solely responsible for your use of the Third Party Services and you agree that you shall not hold the Company liable for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of the collection, use, disclosure and transmission of your personal information by the Third Party.

  3. You acknowledge and accept that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will take reasonable steps to provide the Services based on the principles of "as is", "as available", and "without warranty of non-defectiveness" to the maximum extent possible given the current state of technology. The Company will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information to avoid disclosure, falsification or destruction of information, based on the principles of "as is", "as available", and "no warranty of defects". The Company uses wireless means to transmit data, therefore, the Company cannot ensure the privacy and security of data transmitted via wireless networks.

IX. Other

  1. You must fully understand and comply with all laws, regulations and rules related to the use of the Company's services in your jurisdiction.

  2. Application of law and dispute resolution. (1) This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. (2) The Parties shall first seek to settle any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy (including any question of its existence, validity, or termination). If such dispute is not resolved within 30 days after the commencement of such settlement process, the Parties shall refer such dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") and ultimately resolve it by arbitration in Singapore by following the arbitration rules of the SIAC then in effect, which are deemed to be incorporated herein by reference. Singapore. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed by the Chairman of SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to support and assist the arbitration proceedings pursuant to the foregoing paragraph, including, if necessary, interim relief pending the outcome of such proceedings.

  3. You may review this Policy and our other Service Rules in our Applications. We encourage you to review our Service Agreement and Privacy Policy each time you access the Application.

  4. Any translated version of this Policy is provided solely as a convenience to users and is not intended to modify the terms of this Policy. In the event of a conflict between the English and non-English versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.

For matters not covered by this Policy, you are subject to the Company's announcements and related rules as updated from time to time.
